Just terrific. Great ambiance, food and service. And having just come back from a trip to Germany/Bavaria, I can say it has a real authentic feel. Love that the manager stopped by to say hello as well. We’ll definitely come back.

Can't believe this place has been open for 2 years... Pros-Food was absolutely on point- probably the best authentic beer cheese and mustard to ever pair with a big pretzel. Sausages and sides were amazing. Cons- atmosphere was kinda lacking, but may have been because we were there at 2:30pm on a Friday. We were told by the young server that the kitchen didn't open until 3pm, meanwhile there were plates of food being dropped off at the table down from us and at the bar. The server also couldn't recommend any food plates as he said that he doesn't work in the kitchen 🙄😳- All in all the food was great, beer was cold, and the server experience really killed the good vibes we were hoping to experience at Gilde. Definitely need better staff training, would have made a much better 1st experience.

Absolutely loved this place! Food was amazing, best German food I’ve had outside of Germany itself - super fun atmosphere and kid friendly. Participated in the stein holding competition and that was really fun too. Great selection of beers as well, appreciate that they had 2 IPAs on the menu. Will be returning!!

It was a nice surprise eating here. I had the "best" bratwurst! Impressive.. Teresa, our server was so helpful! Next time I want to try the schnitzel... Update,,,German pork Schnitzel was the best! Delicious and tender.

I visited this brewery during Queens Feast, the food was delicious! I really have been challenging my palette and this place did just that . The Service was amazing the waiter had the coolest mustache and beard I ever seen his personality matched He told me that Queen Charlotte Herself favored this Beer being that right now Queen Charlotte is on everyone’s mind because of Netflix this was a cool fact !!! This place is highly recommended

Most of the food we had was really good. The problem was they served a small salad with a grilled piece of chicken in a small bowl, that made it impossible to cut the chicken without tipping the bowl over. The German choc. cake was nothing more than a large piece of chocolate cake, with coconut/caramel on top. Anyone that has ever been to Germany or an authentic restaurant, would laugh (as our entire group did) when they saw the cake. My husband said it was good, for what it was. But I'm certain they've disappointed many, that have ordered it. The pretzel appetizer was really good, especially with the dip, the salad with the parsley dressing, superb. The service could have been more attentive, but it was a friday night. We will be back again.

Finally got the chance to come here. Been waiting and waiting til the hype died down. The beer is delicious! Very friendly nice place. Their food looks amazing will definitely be back!
